Most customers order directly through our webshop, where they can see live availability from growers and auctions. The system connects instantly with suppliers, so products are reserved and processed without delay. For customers who order outside European hours, our team checks and finalizes every line to make sure nothing is missed.
Once all items are confirmed, each order is labeled and prepared for export. This way, every shipment leaves on time and can be traced from grower to customer with full accuracy and transparency.

Every stem is handled in temperature-controlled environments and packed under precise conditions to preserve color, moisture, and freshness throughout transport. From cooling rooms to cargo holds, the environment stays stable at every stage.

Shipments are built with standardized box sizes and pallet heights for maximum efficiency. Long-distance shipments include GPS and temperature tracking for full visibility from door to door. If there’s a delay or temperature change, we can act immediately.
