From temperature-controlled handling to digital order tracking and certified air freight, our process is carried out with precision. Below you will find an overview of how we move flowers across continents while maintaining the quality, freshness, and reliability our clients depend on.
International shipping
International shipping is at the core of our work. Every day, we send fresh flowers from Aalsmeer to markets across the world. We coordinate each order down to the hour, aligning with transport schedules and customer needs. Real-time tracking, controlled temperatures, and efficient packaging ensure that every stem arrives fresh and on time.

Conditioned packaging
Stable temperatures make all the difference when transporting flowers overseas. Inside our climate-controlled facility, products are prepared at around 61°F (16°C) and vacuum-cooled to 39°F (4°C) before departure. This rapid cooling process preserves quality and color while preventing condensation or mold.
Each box and pallet is engineered for strength, efficiency, and minimal temperature change during transit.
Customs and documentation
Every international order must meet strict export and security regulations. Tuning manages the entire process in-house—from inspections to final clearance. Our facility is certified for air freight and approved for on-site checks by Dutch Customs and the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
